Yashashree Industries was established in the year 1973 by Shri. Y.C. Anandas, father of Shri. Shashikant Anandas, Shri. Shriniwas Anandas and Shri. Chandrashekhar Anandas with the sole purpose of providing a base for industrial development and customer satisfaction.

Sand Casting is very slow process and cannot be adopted efficiently for mass production and hence there was a great scope for process die-casting. So, in the year 1982, Anandas Metal Industries was started pressure die – casting a forty tons plasmac cold chember pressure die-casting machine. To reach the production target, the company purchased two more machines soon after. Gradually, the owner built his tool room with some lathes, one milling machine and some drilling machines.
